What is the application process and how long does it take?
Applicants must submit all documents within 72 hours. Once received, screening results are typically returned within 1–2 business days, depending on RentGrow’s background check timeline.
What utilities are included in the rent?
Rent covers access to all amenities, but utilities—such as water, electric, and internet—are typically billed separately.
How can I pay rent?
Residents can pay rent through our secure online portal or in person at the leasing office. We also offer FlexPay or other payment programs to help you split rent into smaller, manageable payments.

A 60-day notice is required along with a lease break fee equal to 60 days’ rent, due on or before the final move-out day.

What should new residents expect on move-in day?
Residents must:

What is your move-out process?
A 60-day notice is required. Final walkthroughs are optional but can be scheduled Monday–Friday, 10–4. Residents should ensure their home is emptied and cleaned.
