What is the application process and how long does it take?
Applicants must submit all documents within 72 hours. Once received, screening results are typically returned within 1–2 business days, depending on RentGrow’s background check timeline.
What utilities are included in the rent?
Rent covers access to all amenities, but utilities—such as water, electric, and internet—are typically billed separately.
How can I pay rent?
Residents can pay rent through our secure online portal or in person at the leasing office. We also offer FlexPay or other payment programs to help you split rent into smaller, manageable payments.

Gazebo Apartments amenities include three saltwater pools with poolside Wi-Fi, a 24-hour

Yes, our Nashville apartments are pet-friendly. We welcome up to 2 pets of all sizes, including
large breeds, with approval. All pets must complete a profile through PetScreening.com. Pet

All our apartments are unfurnished. Some apartments also include a washer and dryer, clean

How are packages delivered at your property?
Packages are delivered via parcel locker near the mailboxes or directly to your door. The leasing office is not responsible for resident packages.
